Teledyne's CFO Leaves Company Online staff -- Electronic News, 6/24/2003 Component maker Teledyne Technologies Inc. today announced that Robert J. Naglieri, senior VP and CFO, will be leaving the company on July 7 to become executive VP and CFO at Sunrise Medical, a manufacturer of homecare and extended care products. "Effective July 7, 2003, Dale A. Schnittjer, vice president and controller, will assume the duties of CFO on an interim basis," said Robert Mehrabian, chairman, president and CEO of Teledyne, in a statement. Schnittjer has held various financial positions with several of Teledyne's aerospace and electronics companies since 1971, the company said. No word was given on when a permanent CFO would be sought.
