She has already lost her license since one of the charges against her was driving while suspended. The law obviously means nothing to her.

I don't think that motherhood should bestow any "Get out of Jail" cards. The idiot should spend some time behind bars. Take the baby with her. It's an infant. To it, jail will seem like a little playpen inside a larger one where mom spends her time.
