NEWS:President suffers scratch in rare non-Pretzel accident June 16, 2003 Washington -- President Bush received scratches in an undisclosed secret location while getting ready for a public appearance. Bush was dressing under Rove's mandantory flight suit policy with the additional Cheney directive of putting socks in his flight suit. The confused chief executive apparently thought that involved Socks the cat which had returned, as cats often do, to it's former place of residency. Republican officals were quick to blame the entire incident on Bill Clinton. TP
