Cramer, As painful as it might be to admit, the contrarian case hasn't really paid off lately. We got too many bulls a long time ago, and nothing happened. We got way overbought and we didn't go down sharply. We had low VIX, and who cared? Sometimes it just doesn't pay to buck the consensus. I think because of the massive liquidity out there, it doesn't pay to be contrarian even as it seems so obvious that it should!
