By that comment you obviously think we are done on the downside.

While its possible of course, it is not my favoured. I think we need to challenge a few more technical levels.

Meanwhile, on the big inverse H&S on the Dow, a backtest of the neckline on lower volume may have taken place if we continue to move up here. A good situation for traders who are long stocks would be a pick up in upside volume and maybe climactic buying into mid-July. The opposite of what occurred with the heavy sell-off we saw in July, 2002 when the Dow lost nearly 2000 points in 3 weeks.
