You can be sure, that if UN Inspectors had found a gas centrifuge buried in the back yard of an Iraqi nuclear scientist, it would have been a very, VERY big deal. If Blix is correct, then the million+ Iraqis that died as a result of the UN sanctions, enforced by President Clinton, were completely unnecessary. It means that the bombing campaign that President Clinton engaged in (in 1998) was for nothing. It means that Saddam killed his son-in-laws (for disclosing information about Iraq's WMD programs in 1995), for no reason either.
