Rap

I bought a new Thinkpad laptop about six months ago. I specifically wanted a P-3 chip because the battery life of P-4 and Celeron laptops are not nearly as long.

It was less expensive, it works well for my applications, and it has a great battery life per charge.

FYI

I think speed is the main difference (but battery life, as mentioned, to me, would be a huge reason to spend the $150).

Edit: If you can get a P3, it might be better. . . (battery life, etc.)???
(didn't see that part)

For that amount, spend it and be assured of being a little happier.

It's not fun to have batteries run dead when you're in the middle of something.

And, it's nicer to get things in a snap rather than waiting now & then.

IMHO & have fun,
Joe
