This says it all. Dryer's dropped out due to aquistion and ICST takes it's place on the S&P 400.

Integrated Circuit Systems Inc. Added to S&P MidCap 400 Index

NEW YORK, June 26 /PRNewswire/ -- Integrated Circuit Systems Inc. (Nasdaq: ICST - News) will replace Dreyer's Grand Ice Cream Inc. (Nasdaq: DRYR - News) in the S&P MidCap 400 Index after the close of trading on Monday, June 30, 2003. Dreyer's is acquiring the U.S. frozen dessert business of S&P Global 1200 constituent Nestle S.A. in exchange for approximately 55 million Class B shares, constituting roughly 67% of Dreyer's stock, in a deal that is scheduled to close today. Integrated Circuit Systems supplies a broad line of timing products for use in personal computer motherboards and peripheral applications. The company, headquartered in Norristown, PA, will be added to the S&P MidCap 400 GICS (Global Industry Classification Standard) Semiconductors sub-industry.
