Good old BPT. I almost invested in it in 2000 before I discovered CanRoys this year.

Couldn't believe it had a 20% yield. I thought there HAD to be something wrong with it (I think the oil runs out in 5 years or something like that).

I actually phoned the company in New York and got the skinny and posted it here on SI. Basically, it really is a sinking fund. When the oil's gone, it's gone. No buying new properties.

Today's report tonight; Sold off my NGAS @ 4.36 average ...Paid 4.88 last week.. That duzn't seem like the way to do it.Godamn commodities based stocks.Don't understand'em hate'em and will never buy one again! Bought a trench of ANCC @ 1.15
