No, Derek, I'm afraid you don't get the point. Bigoted insults are not, repeat not, protected by the constitution.

I gather you now realize you will have to take your constitutional law advice from me since I called the gay rights case correctly. It's privacy, all the way.

Hi Derek, apparently, it hurts a lot when speech drives closed minded people into a cognitive dissonance struggle. :)

That's the speech they're trying to protect themselves from on many college campuses.
