it sure seems to me like the Bush administration sits around and deliberates on how to screw California, and I'm sick of it. We needed the tax cut to empower growth companies for the jobs benefits, but instead Bush and co dole out a dividend tax cut which effectively takes money away from growth stocks and puts it in the hands of the elderly who aren't going to spend it. Next Bush comes to california and visits ONE yes ONE defense company in silicon valley for like a 1/2 hour. Clinton used to come here and hang out with all the execs and visit every company. Now this energy crap with Cheney. The sooner Bush is gone, the better imo.
