In this case, I am not concerned about the individual per se; I know his real identity and have no fear at all he would ever say boo to me with his real name attached. He even uses a different pseudonym on Yahoo, which is the depths of wimpyness in my book.

I have had him on Ignore here for years and don't post to him; sometimes when I see his name in the Message Ignored queue, I check his profile for the first line of the post to see if it's the same juvenile drivel he has aimed my way for years (as the result of an old playground grudge from him and others).

My concern is seeing SI actually enforce the TOU against any member who is repeatedly, deliberately and unprovokedly (is that a word? LOL) abusive and vulgar. This is a clearly documented case for anyone who knows this poster. But he is still there, the messages are still there and SI has been informed.

So I want a clarification on whether using ESAD as a cute way to avoid spelling out a vulgar abuse is acceptable. If it is, it shouldn't be.

I wouldn't waste my time and energy actually posting to this crybaby. I would, however, like to see him prevented from emptying his diapers on threads that I frequent. The rest of SI should not have to deal with his lack of potty training.

Thanks for your thoughts.
