That's *enormous* if it's true! Where in the world are the responsible economists at that should be claiming this for what it is?!? A $15B exaggeration, assuming it's an annualized number, amounts to a 1.5% overstatement of GDP growth! It would be responsible for the entire reported growth - meaning we in fact were contracting again last quarter.

Does anybody know if that $15B is annualized, or just a quarterly number? If it hasn't yet been annualized, then it is truly scandalous.
