Nobody is asking about your "conscience".

Your question was whether or not the US is LEGALLY there, with regards to Iraq's arguable violations of UN sanctions. I showed you that it was NOT, since the UN, not the US were the counterparty to agreements and sanctions. Hence, UN and only the UN could legally take up force against Iraq in violation of those agreements. UN refused to do so. US went in without UN backing and hence this invasion is illegal.

So, please stop belly-dancing around the issue and answer, if you will - do you understand why US invasion of Iraq is NOT legal?
