You could say "I don't like this person's attitude" or "I totally despise this person." Or "I hate everything this person says."

Lots of other ways to express yourself rather than calling someone a name.

Yes. Attacking his statements rather than him personally.

We have rules on the site regarding how people are to conduct themselves, and those rules aren't waived just because the poster lives in a country where they'd be able to say the same thing verbally.
