Kerry and Ken Lay? Nice try. Nothing could be further from the truth. Kerry would investigate and indict the Ken Lays of the world. Bush is keeping them rich and free.

For your information, oil company types often contribute to environmental organizations as PR moves. I was at a coral reef protection event the other night and a Chevron-Texaco exective was there, having given a lot of money. You can't say no to them. Better to take their money and try to undo some of the damage. But it doesn't mean they're environmentalists, or are helping the cause. It also doesn't mean you support their oil company or their dirtier deeds. Actually, they should be MADE to pay. Bushies are letting them get away scott free with polluting more and more or our air and water. Bush has deregulated pollution in this country to a major degree. Kerry will reverse that.
