Last time I checked, wiping out entire populations was an evil thing. That gloop guy is demented.
But I suppose if you kill everyone you don't like then everyone, by default, is your friend....
except for the problem that people you don't like might not accept the idea and try to kill you first. Anarchy is not an alternative imo.
