Rascal,

When did we have a War in Bosnia?

I seem to remember an unopposed introduction of Nato forces.

We did fight in Kosovo - primarily by air, but there were a few mopping up issues after the Serbs backed down.

If you are making a case that the Clinton administration or Democrats had some nobler view - explain central Africa and in particular Rawanda.

Some of us support a view that we should be involved in these conflicts for humanitarian reasons alone. We backed Clinton in the Balkans, and hated him in Africa.

So far I like Bush and his actions for my agenda. He would become a great President if he follows through in South Asia and completes the missions, handles North Korea and does something to organize a response in central Africa.

But thats probably wishing too much from any politician.
