They are ideologues. They never take "no" for an answer. If they can't get it one way, they try another. Bush didn't get all he wanted in the last tax cut so two weeks later, he has a new tax cut proposal in Congress.

To conservatives, the end justifies the mean! They don't care who they hurt! They need to be watched every second!
