john... is he saying all cops "They have fun beating people up" or is he saying Fascist have fun beating people up... Your guess is as good as mine. Since you've got the same text I do. My own reading of the issue is that without strong judicial system protections, this sort of thing can and does happen. There are enough instances of police and prosecutors stepping out of bounds to know we need good protections against it. As for whether the mere assertion of that means that I think all cops or all prosecutors are bad, of course, not. Just as we need protections against bad doctors, bad whatever, so we need protections here. Though here it is much more important.
