I don't know what's going on. The Shaman website is up and orders are being taken for stool stiffener at a toll free number that is answered by PS Pharmaceuticals. A Google search revealed that: Lisa Conte is CEO of PS Pharmaceuticals, Steven King is Vice-President, Ethnobotany and Conservation, and Barry Quart is President. they raised at least $300 in venture capital last year (that much from Invencor alone) but their website, www.pspharma is not active. I have no clue as to why Shaman stock is almost back up to a penny or whether Shaman stockholders own any equity in PS Pharmaceuticals. Do you have any additional information. PS: Steven and Lisa are making the rounds of conferences, appearing as experts on nutriceuticals and ethnobotany. Lisa will be presenting (or did) a case study on Shaman at a conference in England and Steven will be speaking at a conference in Singapore in December of this year.
