I guess it's OK to sell QCOM as long as you believe it's going up.

One good reason would be because you aren't *certain* it's going up, so you sell some to hedge the risk.

Following that logic, it also makes sense that the less *certain* you are it's going up, the more you might want to sell.

Do you suppose there's even a point where one believes it's going up but is so uncertain that one should sell all of it?
