Don't know whether or not it is still true------one of the problems with the injections was an allergic reaction to the shots because of some ingredient in eggs being used.

If this is still true then assuming that flumist or similar does not have egg allergens then it would be beneficial to that portion of the population allergic to eggs.

Also, if the side effects are less with the inhaled vaccine then I would certainly prefer-----i.e. flu shots often make one feel like one has the flu.
