Trinity(TRIB) Update For anyone else still holding TRIB they had two good pieces of announced news this week. They have settled a lawsuit with one of their competitors. It did not have any impact monetarily but it is nice to have it out of the way. They also announced a new $10M banking facility that is at lower interest rate. Both positives. Another interesting point is that the 10 day average volume is now over 360K/day compared to the 3 month average of 250K. As the stock has gone up so has the volume. A final comment I read on the yahoo message board and place a high level of credibility in the poster was about FDA approval of the AIDs test. TRIB met with the FDA in Washington this week during a biotech conference. The outcome is all that is left is for site approval in Ireland and that is scheduled for August.
