"Grey-out" Davis is a very dishonest slur. Davis did everything he could to stop the fake energy shortages from crippling his state but Enron and Bushies had the game entirely rigged and robbed us all blind. Bush-Cheney have been protecting the culprits ever since with their cronies in FERC refusing to recognize clear and obvious larceny on the grandest of scales.
