Sounds to me like the lawyers better hit the pavement now...this is going to be blown wide open by morning. Carrie is going to be wringing wet with sweat from this. Can you imagine how bad it looks to have Ken Lay sitting on your wife's board of directors for a decade...and only left on his own free will about 4-5 months ago.

American Hag, Why are so so quick to rush to judgement. I have not heard of Ken Lay being convicted of any felony. He deserves a trial just like OJ and Scott Peterson.
