The Hispanic population counts and demographics have already taken the Democrats for a tragic ride. The pop counts are very high, and the Hispanics ARE upwardly mobile. They lack the millstone of a major party intentionally trying to keep them poor and ignorant-as the Dems try to do with the blacks.

But what the Dems learned in 2002 is that the Hispanics DON'T VOTE until AFTER they have started to reach middle-class status, and then they vote conservative-IF they like the candidate. (They didn't like Simon, and no one likes Riordan.)

Well guess what? Like 80% of America THEY LIKE GEORGE BUSH. The shocking 2004 numbers in California will give that state to Bush, and drag political analysis out of the 90's, with the new focus on the collapse of the left. The Democratic party-freed of their obligations to their tort lawyer pals and the low income illiterate segment of the black community-may yet throw off the left, and survive in a new form...
