I can't see a single Hispanic voter being even the slightest bit interested in John Kerry...

Fact Check: Lay was on the Heinz Foundation board for 10 years until this year. It's on the record all over the internet. So no big secret. And now he's gone.

Theresa is the Vice Chairman not the Chairman so who knows what power she had in telling him to go take a hike? I'm on a board and it's a democracy. The majority vote wins. That's politics. So who knows if he finally got voted off or just left?

Surprisingly, Lay is described as someone who advocated regulating global warming. Ironic huh? Going right against the Bushie doctirne of denying global warming exists.

Anyway, no big scoop as apparently it's been common knowledge for a long time. Ironic that Kerry attacks Enron? Sure. But he's not going to stop. And since Theresa and Heinz we're/are Republican, does it have anything to do with Kerry? Not directly. You marry a big-time Republican woman you get some big-time Republican contacts in th deal. But it does look kinda bad. On the surface anyway.

The important thing is Lay is gone. So hasta la vista. And was Lay involved in any criminal behavior with the Heinz Faoundation? Not at all I'm sure. Even CEO crooks do some good things once in awhile.

I'll find out what the "fabrication" is. It's such a short article it doesn't say much.
