One Voice Corporate Update

SAN DIEGO--(BUSINESS WIRE)--June 19, 2003--One Voice Technologies, Inc. (OTCBB:ONEV) chairman and CEO Dean Weber today issued the following corporate update:

"We have received numerous inquiries from shareholders regarding an update on funding requirements, patents and the progress of One Voice in the telecom, enterprise and PC sectors. The following is a summarization of these topics. Due to confidentiality agreements we are unable to disclose customer names in this release.

"Regarding funding, One Voice has funding commitments in-place from our current investors and we are in the process of closing this round of funding now.

"Regarding our patented technology, last week we were issued two new patents that now extend our coverage to include Australia for our Natural Language technology. These new patents give One Voice a total of five issued patents both domestically and internationally. A significant development in this area involves a patent infringement lawsuit we have filed against VoiceBox Technologies, Inc. (www.voicebox.com). We have been in discussion with VoiceBox regarding their patent infringement and potential resolutions to this situation. We are very active in protecting our intellectual property and continue to monitor the industry for other products and technologies that infringe upon our patents.

"In the Telecom sector, we are progressing as anticipated with a carrier in Latin America for a MobileVoice(TM) launch to their subscribers in late 2003. We are finalizing terms relating to service level agreements and training of their customer care team on the MobileVoice features and common support questions. We anticipate executing a final contract shortly.

"In the Enterprise sector, the Fortune 50 Company that has been evaluating MobileVoice has informed us that they want to purchase the MobileVoice system. This company intends to support more users than originally estimated, now potentially several thousand employees. Final terms of sale are being worked out, given the fact that the purchased system is larger than initially requested and due to the system size it will be hosted, supported and maintained by their telecom carrier. We are also in advanced talks with this same carrier regarding launching MobileVoice to their wireless subscribers. In addition, we are in talks with a computer manufacturer regarding their desire to resell MobileVoice into corporate accounts as a wireless enterprise solution bundled on their servers.

"In the PC sector, we have received positive feedback, at the executive level, from a computer manufacturer to offer our One Voice Assistant(TM) on their consumer PCs. We are working closely with this computer manufacturer on several areas, including enterprise servers bundled with MobileVoice and desktop PCs bundled with our One Voice Assistant. Similarly, we are working with other computer manufacturers that have expressed strong interest in the capabilities of our products for both enterprise and PC solutions.

"In summary, we clearly see the demand for our patented voice technology continuing to grow, as enterprises look to communicate more quickly and more efficiently and carriers and computer manufacturers continue to seek ways to increase revenue and acquire new customers. Again, we will keep you up to date as developments occur. I wish to thank you for your continued support of One Voice."

Joe, what do you think of FIBR here? Approaching $2.50 after a long drift lower, with volume trailing off. I know this stock has a controversial past, with all sorts of R/S and dilutions and other shenanigans. But, they kicked the scoundrels out last year and it seems like they're getting their act together. Would you buy FIBR here?

I'm looking into ONEV. Interesting chart. Besides the chart and the interesting technology, is there any reason that you expect an upward move anytime soon?
