ok, along that theme, i will kindly point out that you frequently write "its" when you should be writing "it's" as in, e.g., "its where personal growth comes from", "People think its impolite to point out money mistakes" and "Well, its a disagreement that will probably never be resolved". in such instances you should write "it's" as a contraction of "it is". the possessive is "its".

also, you frequently write "then" when you should be writing "than" in comparatives. i didn't notice any such errors in your post here, but fyi these are of the form "X is better then Y" as opposed to the correct "X is better than Y".

also, just in passing, in "one hellova drywall finisher" you might want to try "helluva".
