They did. $20m fine. No one in jail, far as I know.

Conservatives tried to blame it on Clinton (if you can believe that :) I guess they don't see the incongruity of such a charge while denying an Enron/Lay/Bush connection. I guess they so used to hypocracy that they can't see it.
