I don't need attorneys who betray my trust. I am fully capable of representing myself, as the Brokerage Defendants have now learned, when the Court requested they file briefs in opposition to the writs I myself drafted and filed.

In fact, the attorney for Cyber/Schwab may shortly face sanction for disparagingly terming me not by name but by his own self-styled phrase, "the daytrader." Foolish for an attorney of such stature to lose his temper and insult his opponent in such a way. Utterly unprofessional.

The only ones who need to finesse the facts or worry about tactics in this case are the defendants. The facts and the law are not even remotely on their side.

If I did not believe this, with good reason, I would not dare post this information here. However, in a few days, it shall be a matter of public record before the First District Court of Appeal of the State of California, Division Three, Case No. A102601.
