Yes Buish-Cheney were aware of the fraud at some point but have never to this day done anything but support the ripoffs. If they weren't aware they're incompetent and stupid. Take your pick.

Bush-Cheney largely control the regulatory bodies which might have given American consumers some justice from these crooks. Instead, they joined with Enron and spent millions to lie to us more. And jts ,made Enron's chief lobbyist head of the RNC.
