There is no fraud with Heinz. There is massive fraud with Enron and the California energy crisis Bush-Cheney supported, lied to America about, defended and covered up for to this day. Dont lie please.

I spoke with the Kerry people tonight about Lay. I didn't have the nerve to bring it up to Theresa, just told her to expect attacks because the right-wing cant think of anything to attack John with so they'll go after his wife, the nice people they are. She knows. She's tough. She could care less. She's been a Republican all her life and cant wait to kick them back in the nuts. Anyway -

Apparently, Lay was allowed to finish off his term on the board because there were no crucial issues on the table and Republicans on the board didn't want to hurt his feelings and were defending him. That's the explanation I got. Theresa distrusts Lay but could do nothing on her own without board approval. Contrary to the tone of the Post article she does not control the board, she's just one person on it. And Kerry doesn't even know much about it. He stays out of her Heinz business. It's all Republican stuff.

Though John is best buddies with lots of Republicans. Some of them paid $1000 to see him tonight even though they are rich Bushies crazy about his tax cuts. I talked to a few of them. such if John's popularity than even Bush supporters will pay to come and see him.
