Saddam Hussain is no longer in power. OBL is no longer in Afghanistan.

Syria, Iran and North Korea are the only guys left.

lets go back to the question...

OK, so whats the best course to prevent WMD from being deployed?

Get heavy handed in Afghanistan, Iran, Iraq, and North Korea. Disarm the locals of their AK47's and shut down the nuke power stations. Take the oil from the hands of the Iraqis so the occupational forces are paid for??

My point is that being heavy handed in the above manner may provoke another rise to power of a "Hitler" during the 1930's.

Rather then the "appeasement failed" scenareo put forward by many, it was the failure of a proper peace in 1918 that allowed Hitler and the Nazis to rise to power.

Am I making myself clear yet, or do I need to draw the picture more carefully?
