George, By my calculations, Zurich CantonBank has about 1.8 million shares left, having bailed on 705 thousand shares since the Amgen deal. This does not count the 3 million Amgen is to acquire from ZCB upon expiration of the Hart Scott Rodino waiting period. The 144 expires in August, but they can always file another one if they don't finish bailing by then; it's only two hours of work to file one. Did anyone notice if Amgen has a lock-up period on their shares? TIA & Cheers, Tuck
