You don't get it, do you John? The reasoning applied to your pet project can and will be turned around and applied to other, unintended, goals. You can't cherry pick what the law applies to. If sexuality is a protected class, then that protection applies to all sexuality, just like the class protection for race doesn't selectively apply to blacks and not asians. Equal protection, John.

If one is entitled not only to unlimited privacy of sexual behavior in the home, but protection for sexuality as a whole, then there are ZERO grounds for state regulation of morally repugnant behaviors like statutory rape. After all, in the words of Kennedy's opinion, it denies the person dignity to reduce a relationship to a mere sex act.
