I understand Bush and the conservatives led by DeLay want to give prescription drug coverage to all Iraqis who leave the Baathist party and anyone that turns in a AK 47 or shows them buried Nuke secrets in their backyard. The Nuke secrets must however be carefully wrapped in plastic so as not to have collected any dirt after 13 years of burial.
