SMTP servers

If you have recently changed service providers you will have to reconfigure your SMTP server settings. Most mail servers will not send email to a recipient unless the return address is compatible with the sending server. The sending server in this case will be your new DSL service providers SMTP server. If you have switched your primary connection to Comcast then all outgoing mail will have to be tagged with their new SMTP server name. Are you sending mail with your old return address still in place ?

It is possible to find open SMTP servers which you can then use to send spam, spam spam, spam and more spam, this is frowned upon.
