Maybe ask your husband, gently, what he thinks of this particular liberation of children - #reply-19063520 If only people could escape the two-little-boxes traps and get real, eh ..... every word of political partisan shots that was spoken or typed on the Elián matter was completely irrelevant - by the timeless natural family law of our species the father had right and duty of custody, and the uncle did not .... punto 'Mi hijo' - no importa lo demás [but maybe best not to rub that in too hard-g-] .... cigars, well a couple of fine ones a year will do me, let's sell the rest and spend the money on tickets to dance and music .... ah the music, you cannot not dance a little when filled by that music, we'll get Lindy invading Cuba with us yet, you just watch ... and Elián typing on his thread here, ojalá ..... later, cheers

<<I'd love to go to Cuba,>> Last year 6 guys from Central Illinois saw an ad for bass fishing in Cuba, signed up, went to Key West and rented a sailboat and sailed to Cuba. They got there, met the "guide" rented a car and drove to the lake. No boat, the "guide" vanished and the Cuban army arrived. No fishing in that lake allowed. OTOH they stayed a week, had fun eating and drinking and even won a ribbon in a sailboat race. My mother went to Cuba just after WWII. Over, a few days and back. Her only two plane rides of her life.
