Pro, The prisons in the state of Texas are filled with individuals that said..."It was an accident".. If this was an accident as you say, could you explain why the young man that ran a traffic light killing one of my wife's best friends is sitting in the state pen in Huntsville, Texas. If I recall, his testimony was that it was an accident! Maybe the jury had a problem understanding, because he was Hispanic and his English wasn't perfect. And just for the record, he was giving a ticket for his "accident"...plus jail time!!!!!
