Very special lady, Katherine Hepburn ... she played Mary of Scotland in one, probably early on, might have been the first i saw of her so all else was filtered through that, and knocking about with Bogart in the African Queen seemed a bit out of character ... although her attitude to it did not -g- .... yeah the classics, they don't make them any more ... Maureen O'Hara was another, quite inspiring, she was in a lot of silly movies but one quite good i thought, The Quiet Man .... i always think of these two together, both gone now qbx.v - halted, news ... going to Barbados, turning into a bank, doing 1-for-10 rollback, 1.20/sh dividend, maybe further dividend .... surprise eh ... caught me mostly offside cpt.v - is the AGM today? ... i think so ... not much of an event really, next quarter's report will be more significant aca.to - i got a few early friday, thought about it, then got some more higher ... sold those last ones now ... can't be around the computer consistently so just playing it cautious Can't get interested in stocks, generally .... just time of year, other stuff going on ... the apathy feels especially intense this year, but then i think it always does ..... camping - we did some of that by accident the other day, none of this mountain stuff, too much work that, we just went to visit people expecting the spare room, then others showed up by surprise, and by chance i had in the pickup my old Moss tent, so we set that up on the beach ... lap of luxury, sort of a mixed grill of seafood for breakfast .... thing i like about water, is it stays pretty much flat, at least in average height, most days
