Not reported by the main media, a caller on C-SPAN's Washington Journal today said that the Code Pink ladies rented a room on the seventh floor of the Sheraton to unfurl the banner. As soon as it was deployed the Secret Service took action, breaking down the door of the room, arresting the women and removing the banner. The women were released a few hours later. Other Code Pink women put on their finery and hobnobbed with the GHP crowd below, trying to express the necessity for decent Americans to unite in opposing the lies and war crimes of the Bushies. No word on arrests there. -Ray
