There are roughly 46 million Evangelical/Baptist/Pentacostal in this country who believe this. To compare, there are roughly 54 Million Catholics. The Liberal Protestants are down to 34 Million and dropping.

Have you any idea how big the "Left Behind" book series is? It outsells the top ten NY Book list combined. These people are a major force, they are organized, and they vote early and often.

Watch out behind you, Frank. These people catch up to you, they will trample you to death. :>)
