overqualified for parttime university faculty post could be from... having a stronger degree and published thesis than both the chairman and director of graduate studies it might be that simple I am guessing mediocrity sells very well in this society especially when employers want to keep costs down working on a new opportunity at my current firm some guy gave resignation notice last week certain obstacles to overcome but having built alliances for two years will pay off I make friends everywhere, forunately more later / jim
