Jay: LOL!! Man, your commentary on your commentary had me pounding the keyboard. (g) I agree. WF can be caustic from time to time, but he also pricks some puffed-up egos when they need it. And whenever he can be coaxed out of the spandex, he comes up with some good investment-related comments. I do agree with Bob that it is in no one's interest to let profanity or relentless "personal attacks" run rampant. That said, WF has no monopoly on this. I haven't followed this whole brouhaha in depth, but I have to agree with Bob that some folks on SI take things too personally and get "prickly" (into the "personal attack" mode) fairly easily. Not that we all can't get a bit over-heated from time to time and again, WF has no monopoly here either. And what about the Thunderdome? Was this not what it was created to solve? Let the gladiators be banished to the TD for a week. (g) Anyway, I suspect Bob will relent and give WF another chance in a week or two.
