OT: Every little bit helps. I'm trying to be more patient about my entry points. I probably should be more patient about my exits too though. Long or short I have been leaving extra money out of the profitable trading because I have to trade too quickly. I can't watch the market every minute while I'm working.

Right now the market is in one of those periods of decent volatility. I believe good money can be made both ways. Long or short. I've got indicators all over the place telling me one thing short term and another completely longer term.

Short term I see the market as oversold and needing to go up to give less extreme readings on the put to call ratio and TRIN. Longer term we should have more downside ahead in my opinion. Even though I want to be short for more than a few minutes I'm not getting enough of a rise in the market to risk it. End of the quarter window dressing ends tonight at the close. Tomorrow morning could see some profit taking but early July usually means a lot of inflow of funds from investors into the market.

Then the real selling might begin?

We will have to wait and see. Have fun out there in that California sunshine!
