No, I am not are of that. There is a fight going on on the other (agonist-) side.

I am normally not too concerned with potentially competitive patents. If things go bad they may end up in court and then have to pay a minor license fee. It's not like something going generic. But it may be worthwhile to look into. I will ask the guys over at Yahoo, if they know anything.

Recites Allison prior art disingenously: "U.S. Pat. No. 5,811,097 of Allison et al. refers to administration of CTLA-4 blocking agents to decrease tumor cell growth."
