So, the Texas teachers and principals didn't have anything to do with those test scores going up.

GW forced teachers to teach the test answers in advance to students to skew the results upward and make it look like the 48th state in education looked like one of the best. Rand reported on this. It was a big scam.

Time for you and all others to stop believing these Bushie BS artists. My family lives in Houston and I go there often. Everyone these knows education, health and pollution are amongst the worst in the nation. And that's statewide, not just in Houston.
