LOL -- do you have any idea how many centrifuges it takes to have a nuke program? It seems you have no idea. The centrifuge you mention has been buried for fifteen years. If they had 100 working centrifuges in good order -- not buried for fifteen years, you would have the minimum scale to begin at the lowest level of fuel processing. There was no nuke program after 91 Victor -- every single thing that has been "discovered" has confirmed that basic fact.
